Two packages. Retain is ₹999 a month or ₹9,990 a year. Run is ₹1,999 a month or ₹19,990 a year. Both prices exclude GST, a year costs ten months either way, and you can move between them whenever you like without losing anything you have already recorded.
What each package costs
Prices exclude GST. There is no setup fee, no per-wash charge and no hardware to buy — heyWash runs in the browser on the phone already in your pocket.

Retain — the retention engine
Retain is the whole reason heyWash exists: knowing who washes with you, and getting them back. It is the right package if you want more repeat business and you already have billing handled.

Run — everything in Retain, plus running the place
Run adds the operational half: the people, the money and the figure at the bottom. It is the right package if heyWash is going to be the only software in the wash.

Why a year is priced at ten months
Paying for a year costs ₹9,990 instead of ₹11,988 on Retain, and ₹19,990 instead of ₹23,988 on Run. That is two months free, stated in rupees rather than as a percentage, because you can check ₹1,998 and you cannot check 17%.
What is not charged for
- Your customers never pay and never install anything — they get a browser link

How much does car wash software cost in India?+
heyWash is ₹999 a month for Retain and ₹1,999 a month for Run, excluding GST. Yearly billing is ₹9,990 and ₹19,990 respectively. Other categories vary widely: general GST billing apps are cheaper but do no retention work, standalone loyalty platforms cost several times more, and workshop management software is priced for repair garages rather than washes.

Can I switch from Retain to Run later?+
Yes, in either direction, at any time. Nothing you have recorded is lost — the extra Run screens simply appear or disappear. Your customers, vehicles, visits and stamp cards are untouched.
Do I need to buy any hardware?+
No. heyWash runs in the browser on an ordinary Android or iPhone. The plate scanner uses the phone camera. There is no terminal, no scanner gun and no installation.
Does the price change with how many washes I do?+
No. The price is per business, not per wash or per customer. A wash doing 200 cars a month and one doing 2,000 pay the same.
